Meeting Schedule for 2012-2013

“Sisters In Christ” (SIC) is a women’s fellowship group here at St. David’s. All women of St. David’s are invited to come, even if you cannot make it to every meeting. Just come when you can! All meetings are held on the 3^rd Thursday of every month at 7 p.m. in the Grove, unless otherwise announced. Please come, enjoy the fellowship and get to know the women of St. David’s. We break during the summer months, but will meet randomly in town for ice cream or a movie.

April 19^th – Service Project – “Coins for Christ” for the Building Fund. We will be preparing small plastic bottles to be distributed to the congregation for collecting loose change. All proceeds with be donated to the St. David’s Building Fund. We will also be discussing and designing a SIC t-shirt which we will send off to be professionally screen printed.  Please bring a snack to share.

May 17^th – “Tea Time” – It’s time for a SIC tea party!  Wear your prettiest “tea” hat and bring a “tea-time” snack to share. A variety of teas will be served.

Sept. 20^th – “Sunset Boat Tour” – Come join our group at Codorus State Park for an evening sunset cruise aboard a pontoon boat. We will share a devotional and light snack.

Oct. 18^th – Service Project – “Adopt A Family”. We will be discussing and planning on adopting a less fortunate family at Christmas time. Please bring a snack to share.

Nov. 13^th – Service Project – “Baking Cookies”. We will be baking a variety of cookies to be donated to our Shut-ins and the Cookie Walk. Please bring 1 batch of already prepared cookie dough and your baking sheets.

Dec. 20^th – “Christmas Dinner & Gift Exchange”. A sign-up sheet will be posted for food. Please bring a $5 gift to exchange.

Jan. 17^th – “Movie Night”. We will gather at the home of Kelly Reynolds’s in Glenville, PA to watch a “chick flick” TBD. Popcorn will be supplied. You may bring a snack to share if you wish. Wear your comfy lounging clothes or pj’s!

Feb. 21^st – “Game Night”. We will gather in the Grove to play a variety of fun Christian oriented games. Prizes will be awarded!  Please bring a snack to share.

March 21^st – “Planning Meeting”. We will discuss and plan upcoming meetings. Bring your ideas and a snack to share.
