What a wonderful turn out we had at our SIC Planning Meeting! It was great to see some new faces too~!
I am happy to report that we successfully planned out yet another exciting year for our group. There will be some new and exciting things to look forward to, including a women's bible study, a book talk, a fall yard sale fundraiser, "Soup-er-Bowl" Sunday soup sale, and so much more~!
All the details will be shared as soon as I get done typing up the schedule.
But first things first.... we will be having a Spring Cookie Fundraiser that will take place on Palm Sunday, March 29th.
All SIC ladies are encouraged to bake spring-like cookies and package them either 3 to a bag or 1 large cookie per bag. Bring your individually wrapped/packaged cookies with you to either Palm Sunday church service on March 29th. There will be a self-serve table in the Overflow room where we will display our cookies and sell them all for $1 per package. All proceeds will benefit the SIC flower fund to aide in the purchase of flowers for our church property.
We will also have our "Breakfast Special Raffle" on display in the Overflow Room on Palm Sunday. For $1 per chance you could win a brand new electric griddle and all the trimmings (pancake mix, spatula, vanilla extract, etc.).
A very special thank-you to all 14 ladies in attendance and for your support in helping our Women's Fellowship Group continue to be a thriving small group ministry.
