SIC Promotion Sunday takes place on September 14th at the 8:45 a.m. Traditional Church Service. The Sisters in Christ will meet at the first service to be Greeters, Ushers and Lay Readers. Please plan to sit together and wear your purple t's.
We will be having a bake sale before and after the Traditional and Contemporary church services. Everyone is asked to bring individually wrapped baked items to sell. The more items we have to sell, the more proceeds we will raise. Even if you cannot make the church service, your donations of baked goods will be appreciated. Please package them to sell - people like creative packaging and easy transport. The proceeds will benefit future Sisters in Christ service projects such as Crop Walk sponsor, Adopt A Family, Spring Flowers, Shut-Ins, etc.
The purpose of SIC Promotion Sunday is to highlight our group and promote interest. We want to let all the women of St. David's know that they are welcome any time! Please plan to attend this very important event to show your enthusiasm and support of our small group ministry.
